Monverse: Privacy Policy

In short
Monverse is an online game. It needs no email and no password: the game makes a random player ID on your phone, and our game server keeps your progress under that ID. Only if you allow it (the game asks the first time you play; you can change it in the Player panel) does the game send play data and your device's advertising ID to Google, so that we can fix bugs, improve the game and measure how our ads perform.
What our game server keeps
- Your random player ID and the name you choose, your character's look, your saved game (cards, items, progress) and a log of the game actions that change it.
- What you share with other players: chat messages, guest book lines, market listings and auctions, friendly battles and contest scores. Other players can see these.
- Your IP address while you are connected, to run the game and stop abuse; login limits and anti-cheat checks use it.
- Reports you send about other players, and reports about you.
The server runs on Amazon Web Services in Singapore. We keep this data while your account is active. See "Deleting your account" below.
Purchases
Optional purchases are paid through Google Play. We never see your payment details. The game and our server receive the product and Google's signed receipt with its order number, to give you what you bought and to give it only once. Google's privacy policy applies to the payment.
Unity
The game is built with the Unity engine and its in-app purchasing library. When you make or try a purchase, the library sends Unity a record of it (the product, price and currency, the store's order and receipt, your device model, operating system, language and the game's version). The engine may send Unity basic statistics about your device. See the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Play data and advertising (Google Firebase, Google Ads), with your permission
- What: events from your play (the tutorial, battles, new Mons, quests, opening the shop, purchases started, completed or failed), a random identifier that Firebase creates for this installation, and your device's advertising ID. Google derives an approximate location (country or region) from your IP address. No name, no email, nothing you type.
- Why: to see where players get stuck, to fix problems, to improve the game and to measure our ads on Google.
- Who: Google, under the Firebase terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Without your permission: the game sends Google only a few anonymous signals with no identifier.
We do not sell your data.
Community rules
Do not post anything hateful, sexual, threatening or illegal, and do not harass others or share personal information. You can report or block a player from their card or by tapping their chat line. We review reports and may delete content and suspend accounts.
Children
Monverse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Deleting your account
See how to delete your account and data. Removing the game from your phone does not delete what our server keeps.
Security and changes
The connection between the game and our server is encrypted. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.

Tóm tắt
Monverse là game online. Game không cần email hay mật khẩu: game tạo một mã người chơi ngẫu nhiên trên điện thoại, máy chủ của chúng tôi lưu tiến trình theo mã đó. Chỉ khi bạn đồng ý (game hỏi ở lần chơi đầu; bạn đổi được trong bảng Người chơi), game mới gửi dữ liệu chơi và mã quảng cáo của máy cho Google để chúng tôi sửa lỗi, làm game hay hơn và đo hiệu quả quảng cáo.
Máy chủ game lưu gì
- Mã người chơi ngẫu nhiên và tên bạn chọn, ngoại hình nhân vật, bản lưu (thẻ, vật phẩm, tiến trình) và nhật ký các thao tác làm thay đổi bản lưu.
- Những gì bạn chia sẻ với người khác: tin nhắn trò chuyện, sổ khách, đăng bán ở Chợ và đấu giá, trận giao hữu, điểm hội thi. Người chơi khác thấy được các nội dung này.
- Địa chỉ IP khi bạn đang kết nối, để vận hành game và chống lạm dụng.
- Các báo cáo bạn gửi về người khác và báo cáo về bạn.
Máy chủ đặt tại Amazon Web Services, Singapore. Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu này khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Xem phần "Xóa tài khoản" bên dưới.
Mua trong game
Các gói mua tự chọn được thanh toán qua Google Play. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Game và máy chủ nhận tên gói và hóa đơn có chữ ký của Google kèm mã đơn, để giao đúng đồ và chỉ giao một lần. Chính sách riêng tư của Google áp dụng cho việc thanh toán.
Unity
Game được làm bằng Unity và thư viện mua trong ứng dụng của Unity. Khi bạn mua hoặc thử mua, thư viện gửi cho Unity bản ghi giao dịch (gói, giá và đơn vị tiền, mã đơn và hóa đơn, kiểu máy, hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ, phiên bản game). Engine có thể gửi cho Unity số liệu cơ bản về thiết bị. Xem chính sách của Unity.
Dữ liệu chơi và quảng cáo (Google Firebase, Google Ads), khi bạn đồng ý
- Gồm: sự kiện khi chơi (hướng dẫn, trận đấu, thú mới, nhiệm vụ, mở cửa hàng, mua hàng bắt đầu, thành công hay thất bại), mã ngẫu nhiên do Firebase tạo cho lần cài đặt này và mã quảng cáo của máy. Google suy ra vị trí gần đúng (quốc gia hoặc vùng) từ địa chỉ IP. Không có tên, email hay nội dung bạn gõ.
- Để: biết người chơi vướng ở đâu, sửa lỗi, làm game hay hơn và đo quảng cáo trên Google.
- Bên nhận: Google, theo điều khoản Firebase và chính sách của Google.
- Nếu bạn không đồng ý: game chỉ gửi vài tín hiệu ẩn danh không kèm mã nhận dạng nào.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn.
Quy tắc cộng đồng
Không đăng nội dung thù ghét, khiêu dâm, đe dọa hay phạm pháp, không quấy rối và không chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân của người khác. Bạn có thể báo cáo hoặc chặn người chơi từ thẻ của họ hoặc bằng cách chạm vào tin nhắn của họ. Chúng tôi xem xét báo cáo và có thể xóa nội dung, khóa tài khoản.
Trẻ em
Monverse không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của các em. Nếu bạn nghĩ một em nhỏ đã gửi dữ liệu cho chúng tôi, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xóa.
Xóa tài khoản
